Heart Check Los Angeles is on the Lobby level of the PCS Building at 11859 Wilshire Boulevard.  This building is located on the northeast corner of Wilshire and Westgate.

   

(Westgate is between Bundy and Barrington) 

Driving Directions From the 405 Freeway:

•  Exit 405 Freeway at Wilshire Boulevard West

•  Proceed west on Wilshire.  Once you pass Barrington you will see our building (with “PCS”

   in big letters at the top of the building) on the north (right) side of the street.

Parking:

Metered street parking is available right in front of the building (up to 2 hours).  When you enter the building from the street, you will see Suite 110 on your right.

Parking is also available in the parking garage on Westgate.  We will provide validation.  Once you have parked, take the elevator down to the Lobby level.  Make a left out of the elevator and you will see Suite 110 on your left.

This offer is valid for couples who attend a 45 minute Health Network Consultation.  Certificate for a FREE heart scan will  be awarded following the consultation.  Offer is open to couples between the ages of 35-70. Maxium weight of 300 lbs.  Height under 6' 4".  One FREE heart scan per couple.  if 2nd heart scan is desired, the rate is $95.   *That's a great value!.  The heart scans are valued at $395!
